Subscription

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?

A: Yes, absolutely. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by emailing our Customer Service Team at support@suddencoffee.com. We're happy to skip a shipment or pause your subscription if you're traveling for a while or still have some coffee around from your latest shipment.

Q: How does the subscription work?

A: Our subscription is month-to-month - you can cancel anytime. We'll ship a package of delicious coffee straight to your door every month (or more/less frequently if you'd like).

 Q: Can I try it before subscribing?

A: We hear ya. If you want to try one batch before subscribing you can place an order and then email our support to cancel your subscription. We'll do that right away, no questions asked. 

Sudden Coffee

Q: What is Sudden Coffee?

A: Sudden Coffee is the first no-brew coffee: just add water or milk to prepare a delicious cup of coffee in no time. We created Sudden Coffee to make it easier for you to enjoy great coffee wherever you are.

Q: How is your coffee better than regular instant coffee?

In every way, really. We use sustainably grown, top 1% beans that are roasted to perfection. Next, we brew the coffee as a top barista would and carefully dehydrate it to preserve all the best flavors.

 

Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: As of January 2017 we don't take new international orders.  Unfortunately, we've had a lot of issues with international shipments and local customs. As a result, we've decided to focus on improving the Sudden Coffee experience for our US subscribers. This does not affect current international subscriptions. We hope to bring international shipping back at some point.
